讲座摘要:

Recently, organometal halide perovskite solar cells are attracting considerable attention as a promising candidate of next generation solar cells due to high power conversion efficiency exceeding 20%. In this talk, we discuss recent development of perovskite solar cells and we will present an overview of our activities in this research area. Power conversion efficiency of solar cells was remarkably increased by post-treatment on perovskite crystals, which causes removal of PbI2 impurity in the layer. Low temperature process of TiO2 based on surface science of crystal phase enables power conversion efficiency at 13.4% and 21.6% with perovskite solar cells fabricated on flexible and rigid substrates, respectively.
