目前主要从事的研究方向为半导体光电材料与物理,主要包括:
(1)第一原理探索半导体光电材料的物理性质;
(2)宽带隙氧化物薄膜材料的制备及其光电器件性能的研究;
(3)无机光伏材料的制备与性能研究。
